the week so far
yay school is quite fun for now! (before we really start school, that is)
isyf on tuesday was nothing. /: the nobel laureates didn't even speak, cheat my feelings!
right.
blame it on my outdated schedule.
also won some sms contest in bio and got this paper bag of
i'm not complaining, at least now i have a bio file that is thick enough. and it's purple.
BIO LECTURES ARE THE MOST FUN EVERRR. especially now when we're doing crazy stuff. like running around the school. and mass-smsing in class.
on the other hand, the english diagnostic tests gave me the familiar exam-mode hand spasms on tuesday. but today's grammar test was quite, erm, fun. because of the "word power" worksheet.
managed to catch up and not feel stupid in maths today. because it's graphs.
note to self: buy a graphical calculator!
the high school food is really nice. it's like you search for the yummiest food out of the yummy food instead of the better food out of the cmi food.
but since they're all food, i shall not complain.
i'm seeing my primary school friends everywhere ... and the hama people.
oh yeah the library. which feels new, but actually contains books from the last century. hm. it's a potentially nice place to study/ do homework.
and they have a computer shelf! which mainly contains books about C++， which i have absolutely no interest in at present. still, it's cool!
saw tiffany and terri twice! :D
WE'RE GOING OUT TOMORROW AFTER CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS!~
and it turns out that we have to wear jeans tomorrow. =.= i shall bring skirt to change.

it was pretty much rushed through.
it's been so long since i read the other books that i've forgotton all the details about what happened.
i think the earlier books were nicer (i can't remember anything about evil star).
this book reminded me of raven's gate, it's the same writing style and approach, like how matt found himself trapped in this never-ending-hell thing and then after that unleashed his powers full force, that sort of thing.
scarlett ... isn't very interesting. just normal.
and they kept mentioning singapore, haha. (we're not famous enough, like hong kong. only famous enough to be a stopover. XD)
the typhoon part reminded me of the last part from the final warning (max ride), it's like 80% similar!
